Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return. If a return is the result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% of the item price plus return shipping costs. International orders are not eligible for returns.

All products purchased from Tiny Machines 3D are covered by a 30-day return policy. Faulty items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided the defect is verified by a Tiny Machines 3D technician. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all parts and accessories included, and in the original packaging; fees may apply for missing packaging. Installed electronics, items damaged due to misuse or neglect, software, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any item by contacting support@tinymachines3d.com. For exchanges, the returned item must be received and processed by Tiny Machines 3D before a replacement item is shipped. If a replacement is needed sooner, a new order may be placed, and reimbursement will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.

After an RMA is received at our facility, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment; if that method is unavailable, a store credit will be provided. Orders canceled after shipment may be returned for a refund minus any applicable shipping charges. While assistance will be provided in the event of lost or delayed shipments, responsibility for transit issues ultimately lies with the carrier.

Tiny Machines 3D is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international shipments, and orders abandoned due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds. All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return under the 30-day policy; clearance items are identified by the term “Clearance” in the product title.
